Department of Politics Assistant Professor Faisal Z. Ahmed will give a talk on his research on October 10th in the WAPD graduate seminar. A light buffet supper will be available to invited guests. This event is not open to the public. Talk title is “Remitting the Democratic Deficit.”

Professor Ahmed states that he is “primarily an empirical political economist with research interests in international finance, development, law, and political violence. To date, most of my research has centered on understanding how international capital flows affect governance.”
